Shipment was already delayed by 4 days and on the 5th day it showed order lost

In first place they shipped the wrong product. Despite several contacts they shipped revised product which was not delivered. They again sent it thru speed post and still pending as the address is insufficient.
No idea how key zone is handling the supply chain.
Extremely sorry to say that these people are not professional at all.
